Turbo Warranty
Turbocharger / Cartridge Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing our turbocharger. Please ensure that you or your mechanic carefully read and understand the following warranty terms and conditions before proceeding with the fitting of the turbocharger. Adherence to these conditions is mandatory to maintain the warranty validity.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers only the turbocharger/cartridge for material and workmanship defects under normal usage. Any deviations from the recommended usage and fitting procedure will void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Monetary refunds
- Labour costs
- Ancillary charges, including but not limited to the removal and refitting of the turbocharger, and vehicle hire costs
- Issues arising from overheating, which is identifiable by blue discolouration on the turbocharger cartridge/housing and internal parts, typically resulting from oil starvation
- Damages incurred due to incorrect fitting procedure or contamination from other vehicle parts
- Dismantling of your turbocharger, except with prior written permission from us
Claim Requirements
To maintain warranty validity and successfully lodge a claim, you must:
- Provide a valid main dealer invoice for new genuine required parts, including gaskets, oil filter, air filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, and drain pipe. Where a DPF is fitted, it must either have undergone an advanced professional clean with a 12-month warranty or be completely replaced. (Refer to your invoice for other potential parts that need replacement)
- Ensure there are no signs of visible impact damage, such as damages to the turbocharger cartridge compressor wheel from ingested foreign objects or a damaged actuator housing
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and fitting this turbocharger, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the warranty being deemed invalid.
